Lasina is a rare varietal only growing in a 50-kilometre radius around the hills of Skradin; it's a challenging variety, requiring lots of leaf pulling, and has delicate, thin skins. This rosé bottling fruit comes from the vineyard's north side and is grown specifically for rosé production; Sladić gives the wine 24 hours of skin contact to extract colour. It shows beguiling aromas of sweet cherries blended with basil and spicy rosehip oil. The palate is fresh, with strawberries, wild green herbs and a complex, refreshing minerality that carries the finish.
