The Grk from Cipre comes from a blend of sandy and clay soil sites, giving rich aromatics to the wine—honeyed ginger notes alongside generous ripe apricot flesh and peach fuzz leap from the glass. The palate continues to show a sense of decadence. Ripe stone fruits, and though this wine is still young, there's a petrol character, which can develop as Grk ages.
