Made in stainless steel from the lowland sandy soils around Lumbarda, the birthplace of the Grk variety. Riper in style, the aromas are evocative of St Germaine liqueur with elderflower notes and white tea leaves. The palate shows a savoury depth, cardamom spice, ripe stone fruits and a touch of sea spray.
