This blend of three varieties grown near the Bosnian border is mainly comprised of the 2021 vintage. It spent 18 months en tirage and was disgorged in early spring 2024. It is made in a Brut Natur style, with toasted biscuits and lemon marmalade aromas. The palate shows fresh brioche, citrus pastry cream, and toasted almonds.
