Made in the classic Prošek style, a passito sweet wine with deep roots in Dalmatian wine culture. This wine was harvested on November 9, a selection of raisins with a bit of botrytis. Beautifully aromatic with orange blossom, clover honey and rose water. The palate offers candied orange peel, sweet honey and spiced poached pear—a stunning, sweet conclusion with a lingering finish.
