Kujundžuša, or ‘golden light’, is grown here in Imtoski exclusively, indigenous to the region. You can still get quality grapes in fertile clay soils with high yields. This wine is made in stainless steel with a reductive approach—aromatics of wild grasses and lime zest. The palate shows notes of saline ocean air, fruity apple skin and crushed sea shells.
