A hyper-local indigenous variety, Kujundžuša, is made with 40 days of skin contact and a year and a half in used oak. This wine balances excellent freshness with a honeyed richness on the palate. It was tasted at six years old in the Spring of 2024. The aromas show white tea, wild grasses, and bright peach skin. The palate shows honeyed depth with gorgeous spice, cardamom, and candied ginger, lifting the rich fruit and showing the ageability of Kujundžuša.
