The Pošip Prestige shows the real potential of this indigenous variety; a blend of oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, this wine offers more ripeness and a tremendous reductive approach to winemaking. A mineral core of filigreed ocean salinity, crushed stone, and bright citrus tones mark the aromas. The palate shows a brilliant texture, with lemon curd depth, bright savoury notes of white tea and dried alpine herbs. It brings together a fresh character with a deft winemaking approach to Pošip, which may be Dalmatia's greatest white variety.
