Rizman, St Michael Tribidrag, Komarna, Dalmatia, 2018

The St Michael concept is a single variety, and single plot, this is the best of the vintage for Rizman each year, in 2018 this Tribidrag is massively ripe at 16.5% but is well balanced and tamed by the use of new oak. Overtly ripe, with effusive sweet aromas of plums, dates and gingerbread cake as well as bountiful spice. The palate follows suit, with Christmas spices, baked plums and kirsch liqueur.
