The Tribidrag, Croatia's indigenous grape, also known as Zinfandel, is grown on the south-facing slopes at the Rizman estate, with a blend of 15% Tempranillo. The aromas are spicy, earth-driven with dried violets, crushed stone and wild bramble berries. The palate is ripely fruited, with blackberries, spicy chicory root and loads of dried, savoury herbs carrying the finish.
