This pale pink rosé comes from the French Mediterranean coast, just outside of Provence. It has a light strawberry, raspberry and spice nose, and a dry, juicy red fruit palate inflected with notes of cream and wood. It is elegant and subtle, making it a great food wine. Vibrant acidity holds everything together.
