This is a lovely fusion of regions where the Provençal grape Rolle (aka Vermentino) joins three Rhône varieties in a textured, weighty yet elegant white. The fresh citrus acidity and peach, orchard fruit and garrigue herb character would suit a range of Mediterranean-style dishes.
