Edouard Leiber, Cuvée Prestige Tradition, Alsace, 2022

This blend of Riesling and Pinot Gris opens with some rich lime peel and apricot skin aromas. In the mouth it has a slightly mushroomy, savoury character, overlaid with some soft stone fruits and citrus. It finishes with a nice smack of sapidity, and the underlying fresh acidity extends the finish. Enjoy with some aged cheeses or risotto.
