Stone fruits and a hint of mineral freshness on the nose. Green apple and lime fruits with a touch of peachy sweetness (9.3g/l), refreshed by decent level of acidity (6.6g/l). Good weight and texture on the palate, simple but pleasant. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. Produced by Munster Valley-based co-operative Cave de Turckheim for Morrisons.
