This wine is hugely aromatic, with fragrant rosewater, lychee and baked apple on the nose. In the mouth it's intense and quite spicy, with zingy stone fruits, mango juice, beeswax and rose. Despite all this it is a dry style, confusing the senses for a moment until the acidity washes over and you go for another sip. Drink with a goats cheese salad.
