Founded in 1626, startlingly Maison Trimbach is still run by the Trimbach family, currently overseen by the 12th and 13th generations. This is an easy-going yet stylish wine, which would be the perfect wine to keep in the fridge for those mid-week or last-minute occasions where a quick glass of fresh white is non-negotiable. Ripe and peachy, with a dry lemony palate, some florals and apricot, and a succulent, mouthwatering finish.
