Crushed black berry fruit on the nose, showing perfectly the ripeness of the vintage, Merlot dominant, providing a marvellous mid-palate with a refreshing firmness from Cabernet Sauvignon. All the qualities of a great vintage in place, with firm tannins to add vigour to the richly textured fruit.
