Expressive aromatics, fresh, lively and herbal. Supple and shiny, focused and direct, a leanness to the expression that gives it drive and tension. Clean and juicy, an easy drinkability to this with bright strawberry and raspberry juice, some minerality and salty, graphite on the finish. Precise and charming. Friendly and fun, still with concentration, racy acidity and excellent, grippy tannins. A yield of 45hl/ha. 3.55pH. Ageing 12 months, 30% new oak, 60% aged barrels (both come from estate-owned trees in the Dordogne), 30% cement. In organic conversion, will be certified in 2023. Harvest 25 September for Merlot, 8th October for Cabernet Sauvignon.
