Château Ferran, Tradition Saint-Pierre, Entre-Deux-Mer, 2019

A wonderful nose here with grassy notes, nettle perhaps or freshly cut herbs and a thicker, more rounded texture. On the palate there's lemon, grapefruit and peach but it's subtle and not overly mouthwatering. Drink with light seafood and summery salads. Demeter certified.
