Château Haut-Domingue, Blanc, Entre-Deux-Mers, 2019

A Sauvignon Blanc dominant wine, this is fresh and floral with pear drop flavours on the nose and palate. It has good acidity and defined lemon and apple flavours. This is softer than some, more creamy and round. It's subtle and not overly showy but with a nice lift at the end.
