This, a blend of 80% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc from an underrated appellation, is the pick: very moreish with its crisp acidity, sappy tannic grip and lipsmacking flavours of inky blue plums and hint of leather. The Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant 2021 Château Bel-Air is down to £6.65 from £10 from 15 November to 1 January.
