Château Lestrille, Blanc, Entre-Deux-Mers, 2019

A lovely fragrant and fresh nose here combining lime and apricot notes. This is really zingy on the palate, it doesn't have too high acidity but there's a good amount of mouthwatering juice and some complexity around the edges making it feel more round and complete than some of the others in the line-up. A lovely easy drinking white. Made with 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 19% Sauvignon Gris, 6% Semillon and 5% Muscadelle.
