Gorgeous floral fragrance on the nose, bright and charming. Super smooth and silky, tannins are impressively well integrated supporting the fresh and juicy raspberry, red cherry and strawberry fruit. High acidity, lifted expression. Clean and clear, a well worked, mineral-edged wine with lots of character and very nuanced too. Detailed and not trying too hard, I like it a lot. very fine and finessed. Great approachability. A fruity, juicy, lean wine!! From a 7ha property on pure clay. A blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, aged in barrel for one year.
