A crowd-pleasing fizz boasting aromas of red apples, lemon zest and a fresh anise edge, continuing on the bright, breezy palate that shows more juicy apple, a bite of redcurrant acidity and creamy yeasty notes. It's a blend of 62% Merlot, 33% Semillon with a dash of Cabernet Franc and currently available from Ocado.
