Very pale for a rosé, more yellowy golden with an orange tinge. This rosé sparkling from Burgundy is full of aromas of ripe white stone fruit flecked with orange rind. Pinot Noir has given distinct red fruit characters on the palate, like little red berries and cherry skin, followed by a touch of crusty bread.
