On sale from 12 April, this delicious Mâcon-Fuissé is made by father-and-son team Roger and Christophe Cordier. They are always among the last to harvest every year, waiting till the grapes are fully ripe. There's still plenty of freshness here though, allied with citrus notes and some round butteriness. Impressive at the price.
