Once farmed by monks from 1170, the Devillard family now own five hectares of vineyards over two plots. The Servoisine premier cru is on a higher slope with more limestone content in the soil, giving this wine a more slatey mineral tang than the basic Givry, along with mouthfilling cherry fruit, fresh acidity and firm tannins.
