Aux Perdrix is an unusual 'quasi-monopole', 99% owned by the Devillard family since 1996 – along with more than 12 hectares elsewhere in Nuits-St-Georges and Vosne-Romanée. It has amazing concentration of fresh and soused cherries, plus nutmeg and milk chocolate notes and firm but integrated tannins Silky and seductive with refreshing acidity.
