With elegance, energy and lusciousness in equal measures, this cru Beaujolais reveals the finest side of Gamay. Pure and intense red fruit, a hint of wet soil (think of the smell of a garden after it rains), soft yet firm tannins and good acidity; all conspire to make this a very enjoyable and classy wine. Drinking beautifully now but with good cellaring potential.
