From Dupeuble's 42ha of 50- 100-year-old vines, made in a natural way with no sulphur (apart from a small amount at bottling), no fining and no filtering. Wild yeasts were used for the fermentation. The result is a grainy-textured wine with decent intensity and good acidity. A creamy note accompanies the touches of tangy, mulchy red fruit and undergrowth, with some intriguing brick and iron complexity on the finish.
