Domaine Fourrier, Chambolle-Musigny, 1er Cru Les Gruenchers

Medium-deep red, paler than most. Perfumed and almost confected nose, with wild-strawberry aromas, like a dancer on point. Medium-bodied, with great charm and finesse, and though it seems frail, it has good structure too and very refined tannins on the finish. Long. Highly individual, and very Chambolle in its elegance.
