Domaine Gonon, Mâconnais, Mâcon La Roche-Vineuse, 2013

This domaine is situated at the southern end of the Mâconnais where Jean-François Gonon succeeded his father in the mid-1990s. Kept away from oak throughout the winemaking process, this is breezy and dynamic, with wonderfully pure, textured apple fruit.
