Domaine Jacques Prieur, Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru, 2014

Hefty apple and apricot nose with a touch of oak – has power but is not overwhelming. Broad, rounded, juicy palate of sumptuous fruit and moderate acidity. Weighty and imposing rather than elegant, but impressive all the same. Long nutty finish.
