Great, light-handed winemaking on show with dexterous use of oak; the wood adds nutty nuance and a gentle smokiness while remaining in the background. Similarly, lees work has added subtle creaminess, coating the rich citrus and white orchard fruit flavours. Beautiful earthy lining of hay, chamomile and dried wildflowers.
