The limestone soils at the base of the slope have given a wine with a winning concentration of plum and blackberry fruit and hints of violets, earth and exotic spices. The palate has a depth of flavour and a lively, dynamic freshness that combine with grippy tannins carry the wine to a lingering finish. The domaine farms 0.30 hectares, and the grapes are destemmed before fermentation in tank and in foudre on native yeasts; ageing is done in cask (25% new)
