Available from July in just 60 branches, this gorgeous premier cru Chablis is a treat. Glinting green golden in the glass, it's tight and lemony, with seductive buttery, toasty notes and a lemon curd vibrancy. Around a third of the wine spent a year in French oak, the remainder in stainless steel. Spicy and with a mineral streak, there's a lot going on here – a complex and classy glassful.
