Pricey but well worth it, and better than the 2021 Collection Chablis (£15) or 2022 Rully (£25). Fruit from vines averaging 55 years old ferments with wild yeasts and ages in barrel (5% new) for 12 months then spends another six in tank before being bottled unfined. Great intensity of vanilla-poached stone fruit, roasted almonds, rooibos tea and sweet lemon with a long creamy finish.
