Domaine Saint Prix, Sauvignon Blanc, St-Bris, Burgundy, 2015

The small St-Bris appellation is located just around the corner from Chablis. This is the only area in all of Burgundy where Sauvignon is allowed. A lovely zestiness wakes up the nose and palate with green apple and ripe gooseberry. It’s pleasant, tangy and very quaffable. Perfect on its own but will also pair nicely with goats cheese salads.
