Every supermarket needs a decent Chablis and you can't go wrong here. Flint, lemon and apple flavours abound as you'd expect, and the palate has surprising weight and richness. For £1.50 more the 2021 Simpson's Estate Chardonnay is an excellent home-grown alternative.
