2018 was the hottest vintage of the 21st century so far in Chablis, but you wouldn't have guessed it from this impressive Chablis. Elegant, and classic in style, with taut, toasty, lemon peel character and good acidity, it's a great match for roast chicken or a seafood starter – or would be delicious as an aperitif.
