Drinking Window: 2019 - 2021
75% Pinot Noir blended with Aligoté, Gamay and Chardonnay, this crémant is mainly sourced from limestone-clay soils. It has a refreshing nose of pear, white blossom and citrus fruit, while the palate features candied pear flavours, backed with bright acidity and a fine, creamy mousse. A hint of lime peel bitterness on the finish is cleansing and moreish. An enjoyable, good-value fizz for everyday drinking.
