Les Vins Aujoux, The Society's Exhibition Côte de Brouilly, Burgundy, 2015

This is the first Wine Society own label from the smallest of the Crus Beaujolais. Beautiful scented notes of red cherry and cranberry. Light weight, it is fresh, pure and elegant with plenty of crunchy red fruit character and a refreshing finish. It's hard not to fall in love with this wine, especially with a sub-£10 price tag.
