Made by Louis Jadot, a Beaune-based producer established in 1859, this is a vibrant and juicy Pinot Noir with a nose of red cherry, ripe plum and cedarwood spices. Sourced mainly from Northern Burgundy and aged in French oak for 9 to 16 months, it has more dark plum and preserved red fruit flavours on the palate, plus some smokey wood complexity, refreshed by moderate acidity. Fresh red berries on the finish.
