Fermented and aged in stainless steel, with full malolactic fermentation, this is a good example of a basic Bourgogne blanc. There's a smoky element to the aromas alongside green apple, yellow apple and lemon pith. A distinctive bitter lemon note draws through the palate onto the finish where creamy, rounded buttered popcorn appears at the end.
