Majestic's Definition range aims to showcase benchmark examples of classic wine styles from around the world. It does this very well, as with this impressive Mâcon, made by family-owned Domaine Romanin. It's really expressive on the nose, with aromas of vanilla, white flowers, and peachy stone fruit. A ripe and toasty style, drinking beautifully now - would be a perfect match for roast chicken.
