From the excellent La Chablisienne co-op, which regularly produces own-brand Chablis for UK supermarkets. This is a good-value example, from 20-year-old vines farmed with minimal use of chemicals. Good intensity of juicy apple and firm peach fruit, fresh lemony acidity and fine length. In store only.
