Olivier Leflaive, Chassagne-Montrachet, 1er Cru Morgeot

Smoky impression with a sense of peaches and apricots cut by lime. A broader flavour spectrum than Puligny, but not as rich as Meursault. There’s a textured impression to the palate, with hints of oak just evident on the finish.
