A beautifully complex Chablis made by one of the oldest traditional producers in the area. Smokey yellow fruits with passionate acacia honey and nectarine on the nose. 12 months of lees ageing gave the wine a rich and oily texture. Great concentration of peach and apricot fruit, seasoned by stone minerals and earthy notes of wax and elderflower pollen. Spiced yellow fruits linger on.
