This is only a little more pricey than the Finest Chablis (non-Premier Cru), and is made by the same co-operative (UVC), but it offers a definite step up in complexity and intensity. Around a fifth of the wine is fermented in oak, unlike the non Premier Cru version, which is unoaked. You'll find an attractive nuttiness and minerality, with texture and structure to taste, a depth of green apple fruit, but with some lemon and lime citrus notes. A lovely dinner party wine, it's attractive and expressive.
