This co-operative-made Chablis is perfect for those occasions where you want a well-made and unoaked expression of the style, and don't want to pay a fortune. It has a very attractive leanness on the nose, almost peppery, then aromas and flavours of lemon citrus, with some apple. Crisp, clean and very easy to enjoy.
